LeoVegas sportsbook review: Bet Builder rules and cash-out limits

LeoVegas is better known for casino than sport, and its sportsbook is the part we review. We use the operator’s help centre and the Gambling Commission register, and mark a good deal as unconfirmed.

Licence

For customers in Great Britain, LeoVegas Gaming PLC holds remote licences on the Gambling Commission register under account number 39198, with general betting among the active activities. The company’s head office on the register is in Sliema, Malta, and the register lists no trading names for it. A LeoVegas help page also refers to regulation by the Malta Gaming Authority, which applies to other markets. For a UK account, the Gambling Commission account number is the one to check.

Markets and in-play

The UK betting pages describe broad football coverage, including match results, total goals, first goalscorer, corners and half-time results. Tennis gets match odds, total games, sets, handicaps and tiebreak markets, and darts lists markets such as 180s and checkouts. In-play is offered on football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, esports, golf and table tennis according to one LeoVegas page. We did not count markets, and the quickest test is to look for the ones you bet on.

Bet Builder: how it settles

The help centre is clear about the rules. A Bet Builder can have several selections, but it is one bet. Every selection must win for the bet to pay, and its odds are not multiplied like an accumulator’s. If one selection is voided, the whole bet is voided, and if one loses, the whole bet loses. The system also blocks some contradictory combinations. One page cites a limit on selections per bet slip, which we did not confirm.

The void rule is the one to remember. A single postponed or voided market can end a bet you had carefully built.

Cash-out, full and partial

LeoVegas offers full cash-out through a Cash Out button and partial cash-out through a pie chart icon next to it. Offers are made at updated odds, which can be higher or lower than your original ones. The company says plainly that availability is not guaranteed: the odds department decides it, and it can be withdrawn without notice. The sportsbook rules go further and say the operator may offer, deny, suspend or disable cash-out at its discretion.

There is one inconsistency worth flagging. The horse racing Bet Builder section of the sportsbook rules says those bets can only be fully cashed out, while the football help page describes partial cash-out. Read the rules for the sport you bet on.

Best Odds Guaranteed: why the table says “Check terms”

A LeoVegas blog says the guarantee applies to all UK and Irish races for bets placed after 10am, and not on the To Place market. The page is old and it is a global blog, not the UK sportsbook rules. The UK rules describe the guarantee only as applying where specified, and in a Bet Builder only to win selections. We could not confirm a current general promotion, so our table says “Check terms” rather than Yes or No.

To see what a price move or a withdrawn horse does to a winning bet at LeoVegas, step through our explainers: how Best Odds Guaranteed pays on a racing bet and how a Rule 4 deduction cuts a winning bet.

The app

LeoVegas pages mention downloading the app on Android or Apple devices, and a Canadian page praises the iOS app. We did not confirm the UK store listing for the sportsbook specifically, so download only from an official store and check that it is the UK version.

Safer gambling, support and payments: what we could not confirm

Our searches returned nothing current on deposit limits, self-exclusion steps, contact channels or payment methods for the UK sportsbook. LeoVegas has a Safer Gambling category in its help centre and a help page on what payment methods it accepts. The details are there to read in an account.

How LeoVegas compares with the other bookmakers on the card

LeoVegas is one of four bookmakers on our card without a general, confirmed Best Odds Guaranteed promotion, with Midnite, Fitzdares and NetBet, and it shares with NetBet the habit of a published right to turn cash-out off at any time. It is the bookmaker on the card where casino is the larger part of the business, so the sportsbook is less likely to be the focus of its promotions.

For a ranked view of racing features, the racing page lists the guarantee first. For cash-out, the football page is the one to use.

A worked example of the void rule

Say you build a four-selection bet at combined odds of 12/1 with a ten-pound stake. If three markets win and the fourth is voided because of a postponement or a rule, LeoVegas’ help page says the whole Bet Builder is voided, and you get your stake back. Had the fourth market simply lost, you would lose the stake. The voided case is better than a loss, but you do not get the return of the three that won.

Three things to look up before your first bet

Check the cash-out rules for the sport you bet on, since the racing and football pages differ. Check whether the offer you want covers a Bet Builder, because settling rules are strict. And look at the Safer Gambling section for the tools you intend to use.

Who LeoVegas suits, and where it falls short

LeoVegas suits a bettor who already uses it for casino and wants a sportsbook on the same account, or one who likes football and tennis markets with a clear help centre on Bet Builder and cash-out.

Its limits are that cash-out is at the operator’s discretion, a void leg voids the builder, and we could not confirm a current racing guarantee.

Pages this review is based on

This LeoVegas review draws on 4 pages from LeoVegas’s own domains and on its Gambling Commission register entry (account 39198), read in October 2026. We did not open an account or place a bet. The terms that apply to a bet are the ones LeoVegas shows when you place it. Pages read: Sportsbook rules (UK), What is a Bet Builder?, What is Cash Out and how does it work?, Gambling Commission register: LeoVegas Gaming PLC. If a section of this LeoVegas review says we could not confirm something, we found no clear current statement, and the table shows “Check terms” where that applies.
